If i shutdown my pc and after shutting down i dont remove it at the power outlet, and when i turn on, my pc keeps/save the bios settings. but when my computer is shutdown and i unplug it at the power outlet. and after a while the PC doesnt have a power, when i turn on it the bios settings reset.

1.i try to buy new cmos
2.i try to put my stable cmos from my old bios
3.i try to change my bios chip. but my motherboard doesnt have.

It likely died. The CMOS battery provides power to the memory that stores your BIOS settings, that memory is volatile so everything in it is deleted when there is no power to it. If the battery is dead and you unplug your computer from power all BIOS settings will be deleted.
