I'm having as strange and frustrating problem. Yesterday I was on my computer, playing a game, and suddenly it decided to restart itself. That was odd, but at first everything seemed fine. My computer wasn't hot, and everything seemed normal, until suddenly my bluetooth headphones can't connect to my computer. I use a bluetooth adapter to connect bluetooth device to my computer. When I go into the device manager, there's a yellow exclamation point on my adapters device, and when click on it I get the following message:
This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

I've tried reinstalling the driver, buying a different bluetooth adapter, and even restoring windows to a previous day when it still worked. Nothing has helped. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can solve this issue?
