My computer is restarting again and again because of low voltage. My stabilizer is also not solving my problem and making weared sound. Is there any power supply which can solve my problem .

Are you saying the power coming out of the wall outlet is too low? What kind of 'stabilizer' are you using?

Something like a UPS, an uninterruptible power supply, might be able to help if you pick a model capable of dealing with intermittent low power.

You have provided zero information on your computer, your power supply, and your 'stabilizer' so it's hard to help.
