My computer runs well for a couple of minutes and then suddenly slows down.

That's not just applications or games, but most things in general just load more slowly. I didn't have this issue 2 days ago and I don't think I've changed anything since the problem appeared. Basically I play games that I know for sure that run well on my computer and they do for a few minutes and then they slow down/lag to the point where it's unplayable. I did a scan with Malwarebytes, tried defragging, cleaning registries, there are not many processes running at
once. My computer isn't the best but it has been working fine. Specs:

Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E6700 @ 3.20GHz
2 GB RAM and plenty of free disk space in both hard drives

I also did a scan with HWinfo here is the link to the report file. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I think here RAM will make a big difference. I also see now that you do have a separate GPU (was looking in the wrong place in the report), so the RAM is most certainly the biggest element holding you back.

This is with nothing but the usual Chrome with a few tabs opened.

So it is a hardware problem. Okay, I was thinking of upgrading my RAM anyway. I will try that. Thank you a lot for your time.

Yea, you're almost maxed out with nothing running. Also click on processes and watch it for awhile, to see if any process is showing high usage. You could have something like a disk defragment, Windows Update, or antivirus update start running and bring you to a screeching halt.
