my computer screen turns black while PLEASE HELP

gpu:evga gtx 660 ti 3gb
cpu:i5 2500k
motherboard: gigabity b75
psu: insignia 520w

my computer screen goes black specially when playing overwatch
but it also turns green sometimes

The problem may related to gtx660ti or the insignia 520w PSU, which means either the gtx660ti has problem or the insignia 520w PSU can't handle the gtx660ti.

1) test the gtx660ti in other PC, also may use the DDU uninstall the GPU driver(s) in safe mode, then reinstall the GPU driver.
2) If you have other GPU or PSU, then try out the GPU or PSU.

i replaced the psu. it happens less but it still restarts nion the less

Do you check the cpu or GPU temp ?

i got a new psu. but when ever i play GPU intensive games my gpu reaches 95 degrees Celsius

The 95C will damage your GPU, usually 70-80C will be fine. So check the GPU fan to see the fan(s) work or not, because if the GPU temp is too high, you will get the problem, like black screen, pc restarts, etc.
