That is why I have never trusted non-transparent updates. I don't understand exactly what caused the problem, but the only thing I'm sure of is that after installing the 2023 driver for the nvidia 1050 graphics card, the performance on the computer dropped noticeably...
Could it be that this manufacturer hates me because I am now using this card? I don't play games and rarely watch movies and do graphics drawings, it's never slow, I don't need a new graphics card. But I'm using Windows 7 and damn it I'm using a 7 year old card! I'm not a profitable customer for brands, but if I see that my video card is causing noticeable performance problems in normal windows usage i might consider buying a new card.
I don't know this is a quick review and I'm not sure. But after installing the old driver everything became fine and fast. (I uninstalled and reinstalled it twice and monitored the performance in between to make sure it was caused by the driver update).
