Question My Computer Sounds like a small plane flying while its on

CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x
Motherboard: msi meg x570 ace
GPU MSI GTX 1080
RAM G.SKILL Trident z RGB 16GB
Power Supply Corsair RM 850X (2019)
Case: Nox Hummer TGx
Water cooler cooler master ML240r rgb

So i litterally just installed a brand new CPU and Motherboard and my rig is working without a problem but ive had the other componentes for about a year but this sound while its on now it like a small airplane flying. i think the sound is from my cooler fans but im not sure. never heard my pc make this sound

Try to stop the fans one by one by pressing on them in the middle with your finger. That way you can eliminate which fan is making the noise. Might be you case fans, might be the ones on the GPU.

Do not stop them by the blades, neither your finger or the fans will like that.

It isnt the GPUs fans cus they have frozer and they dont Spin unless i start playing heavy games. Can it be my water Colling fans?

Sure, could be the fans on the radiator or the case fans, can also be the fan in the PSU.

Not sure if pump is able to make this kind of sound, but it is a possibility. Is it a custom loop or a AIO?

Make of the cooler is above. Doesnt pressing INTO the fans in the Middle with your finger break them?
