My computer switches ON by itself after I switch it off from Windows

Hi , has anyone had this kind of problem before. Everything was fine but after an update suddenly whenever I switch of my pc from windows it goes off and after two to three seconds later it goes on again. When I keep the power button in for a few seconds it powers off and dont come on again .
Very strange problem indeed. l have not checked the power savings setting in windows yet but I have disabled all in BIOS . No wake on Alarm or any such as keyboard .
My motherboard is a GI Killer Sniper 3 .
