Hi everyone. I've been building my new gaming pc and I've been testing all my components. Every is working great except for the reboot. Start up's are ok but whenever I restart my commputer it takes a good minute for the screen to display the motherboard logo. Any suggestions?

Pc case: Phanteks enthoo pro with the stock fans.
CPU: Intel core i5 6600K @3.5ghz(oc @ 4.4Ghz) with a EVO hyper cooling 212. (Temperatures are normal, voltage is between 1.20 and 1.23. The voltage options are set to "auto" I've ran OCCT for serveral hours with no problems)
GPU: GTX 970 4GB ASUS turbo.
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170 HDP3 CF.
PSU is a 650W smart bronze.
Ram: G.skill Ripjaws series V DDR4 8GB (2x4gb)
OS: Windows 10 enterprise.

Is this the same with all your drives unhooked?

If so, here's some thoughts:
1) update BIOS
2) memtest86 www.memtest86.com
3) CPU/Memory at default with "XMP" enabled (so no overclock on CPU)
4) Remove the graphics card and use the iGPU

Basically you want to REMOVE or unhook everything you don't need to do a basic boot into Memtest, enter BIOS etc.

Some devices may be hanging things up during the POST.

Other:
If you choose a "LONG" POST then it will read/write to your DDR4 memory for a while thus increasing boot time.
