My computer turns on has the boot up screem which you can go to safe mode last known good config and normal and when i choose

I turn on my computer and it has the boot up screen which you get from pressing F8 which has safe mode,last known good configuration and start windows normally and when i launch one of those and i wait for start windows normally too i go on a black screen except that on safe mode i get stuck on when's it loading system files

Do a drive test either with a utility from the BIOS or a boot disk like Ultimate Boot CD or Hirens that has disk check utilities on them.
