Question My computer Underperforming. New builder needs help!

Hello everyone.
I've had some issues with my computer recently.
Randome shutdowns. Games like bfv i played at 144fps+ for years, suddenly underperform with the lowest settings.
These are my stats, any recommendations?

ASUS ROG Strix 750, 750W PSU
ASUS ROG Strix LC 240 RGB CPU cooler
Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 3600MHz 16GB 2x
Intel Core i9-10850K Prosessor
ASUS ROG Strix Z490-F GAMING hovedkort
Corsair Force Series MP600 2TB M.2 SSD

I play on 2K. 144hz. I was worried the shutoffs came from the PSU, but i honestly have no idea.
Even Valheim i have to turn down the settings to get a "smooth" experience at times.

after four hours of enshrouded at 40 fps lowest settings
