My Computer Was Silent 1 Morning and Loud the Next Day

I build my first computer on Saturday and when I started it up then it was 100% silent unless I put my ear right against the case. I woke up Sunday morning and it was noticeably loud. I also haven't even put an OS on my computer yet so Its not me playing a game or doing anything that would ramp up the GPU fans.

Components:
Case Fans: 2 Blue 140mm AeroCool DS Fans (7V)
CPU Cooler: Dark Rock 3
Graphics Card: Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming
Power Supply: Corsair RM 650

I tested to see what components that was making the most noise so I unplugged my fans from the motherboard and the Dark Rock 3 and the G1 Gaming made almost no noise at all so it is the case fans. At 7V the Case Fans are supposedto be silent and they were but then they weren't.

Are all fans noisy? If not, stop them one at a time with your finger to determine which one is noisy. You can't do that with the power supply, but listen to it to make sure it isn't the one causing the noise.

Well the 7 volt adapters connected to the fans is broken. I unplugged and replugged the fans to the adapters that were plugged into the motherboard and then they went back to there silent mode.

That explains why they were running at full speed.
