My computer will not show display or beep

This is a new build, but i'm using a old Graphics Cards since I decided to set up my computer first before my Graphics Card arrives. My computer will turn on, and the fans will run, but there will be no display. There is also no beep when you turn on the computer as well.

I know the GPU works since it was pulled from my previous computer.

Have you tried a single stick of RAM and is the monitor plugged into the gpu and not the motherboard? Also try re-plugging in the power to the GPU and re seating the gpu on the motherboard.

The motherboard doesn't have a HDMI output and I will try booting it on with a one stick of RAM right now.

It didn't work.

I've removed everything leaving ONLY the motherboard, CPU cooler, 1 ssd, GPU, CPU, PSU, and 1 RAM stick and it still will not display anything or beep. I've tried clearing the CMOS as well.

Since the CPU is new, could it be that the Motherboard's BIOS doesn't support it?

The CableMods cables that I bought turned out to be defective. I tested this using a power tester. Also, the RAM that I bought seems to be defective as well.
