Question My Computer Will Restart When Using Dual Mode?

I have two ram sticks 32GB DDR5 one 2nd ram slot and one in 4th ram slot notice when start up games its just shuts off and restarts so tried it with single ram stick and is working perfectly am kinda worried now. Games run smoothly with single ram specs

Got a link to the ram you're working with? The rams are in slots A1 and B2? BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time?

Yes 2nd and 4th slot because computer wont boot up with ram in 1 or 3 slot and ram is

Corsair DDR5 Vengeance Black, PC5-44800 (5600), Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 36, XMP 3.0, 1.25V​

Tested both slots out with single ram and they work pefect so know its not the motherboard slot that broken

If you are overclocking the RAM up to 5,600MHz, enter the BIOS and disable XMP. You might improve system stability by returning to stock memory speed.

Yeah tried lowing it to 4800 on single ram and turned off. Bought new psu and ram now so going to test it if not maybe it’s motherboard that not working

Fingers crossed my computer has been on for many hours now and I am gaming and got XMP on with my new ram. Hopefuly it was my ram that went funny.
