Try this internert connection repair tool...
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/Other-Internet-Related/Complete-Internet-Repair.shtml
Check all boxes except for:
Windows automatic Updates
Update history
Repair Workgroup computers view

Run the tool and restart the computer... if connection is not restored after the restart, run the System Restore program selecting the nearest date when your internet connection was working.

System Restore is at: Start/all programs/accessories or Start/Search bar, and type: search for "rstrui.exe"

1. Press windows key + R
2. Type cmd in the box that appears, press enter
3. A black window will open, simple type in " ipconfig " into it without inverted commas, press enter
4. Scroll up and find something called " default gateway " - there will be a number corresponding to it - maybe 192.173.4.3, or something such (remember it)
5. Open up a browser (Chrome or IE or Firefox, etc)
6. Type that number in the address bar (Dont use http or anything. ONLY the number). Press enter
7. It will directly connect to your router
8. A password screen will appear, if you havent done this thing before, there will be no pass. Leave blank and click submit
9. On the left, there will be an option (somewhere) called DNS, click it
10. Youll find a tick box, saying IP default or provided by ISP, or something like that. make sure its ticked

uninstall and reinnstall the lan drivers and tick everything on the internet properties it must do the trick .
if this doesn't fix your only way is to reinstall the windows
