My computer won’t boot past what I believe is the bios screen. If I’m mistaken I think it’s the screen prior to bios. It’s been doing this for nearly 24 hours. I don’t think the text on the screen has progressed at all within the last 5 hours. I’m not sure how to move forward. I’m aware my computer has a power issue and I think I need a new supply. I disconnected the DVD drive so I could have power for my mouse and keyboard and wireless adapter. I got it to start and reached the desktop screen but then I got the blue screen of death that claimed it was sending an error report. After reaching 100% it froze. I powered down manually and now I’m stuck here. http://

Solution
well, its the bios screen but it doesn't look healthy at all.
Not sure what the 8192 means
wdc wd1001fals-00j7b1 is likely a 1tb hdd (Caviar Black)
05.00K05 is its current firmware

I can't tell if its stuck on the drive or not. Try unplugging hdd and see if you get same screen.
