While rearranging my room, I unplugged my computer to move my desk. I removed all of my USB, display cords, and power cords. When removing my power cord from my power supply, my power strip was still turned on.

After replugging my USB cords, display cords, and power cords, my computer would not turn on. I changed the IO switch back and fourth, cycled through power cords, and opened up my computer to check that everything from my power supply was firmly plugged in.

Is it a power supply issue? Does it have to do with anything else?
