My computer wont boot into BIOS.

It seems like there is a problem with my computer. When I boot my computer, the computer skips the BIOS screen and goes straight into Windows. I have tried holding the BIOS button down while booting, but then the screen goes black and nothing happens. I have a suspicion that this occurs because of the quick boot setting, but I can't change it if I'm not in the BIOS.
My motherboard is an ASUS Z270-a Prime.

Try clearing the CMOS.

Sometimes its also due to a bad F2 key on the keyboard
