So after I installed updates for Windows 7 and it asked me to restart my pc I would have this problem where I wouldn't be able to login to any of my profiles and it doesn't even give an error message when I click on a profiles it just loads for a few seconds and does nothing. I made a video to help describe the problems a little more http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GFCwPS_YJu0 I literally can't do anything with my pc right now except for going into the bios, I've tried using safe mode and I couldn't even log into that because it would still never load a profile. Please help me :/

Restart your PC. Hit F8 before you see the windows loading screen. If startup repair is there go there. If it isn't there boot up normally and then right when you see the windows flag yank the power plug to the PC. Then plug it back in and start it up. Should get the startup repair.

See if startup repair can fix anything. maybe a corrupt file system. It should also be that the profile registry can act up after updates as well which I can always walk you though to check that as well.

We have to access the registry remotely. Right now I don't have time to give you all the details but I can later tonight. First off do you have access to another PC? IF you do download this.

Install it. If you have a blank DVD/CD/Thumb drive we then need to make the rescue disk when it first ask when you first run it. We will use this to boot off of in order to see if the profile registry is the issue.

Also have you tried a system restore? If you go into the Startup Repair again, let it do its think, it will say it cant find anything and then select Advanced Options and then select system restore. Try that out first. If that doesn't work then do the above.
