So my computer will boot into safe mode but it won't boot into the normal windows mode. It will show the bios and the windows logo with the dot circle thing but then after that it goes black I did notice that the hdd light does not blink when it goes black and the monitor still has a signal. I am already going to Rma my psu because of another problem. Has my HDR gone bad? I also uninstalled an reinstalled the video drivers, cleared CMOS.

WD 1 tb hardrive
8 gb of ram

Solution
In safe mode - you should be able to view the Windows Logs - look for issues there. START > CONTROL PANEL > LOG VIEWER to view the logs. Look for errors in loading windows.
ok I will try that and I met HDD not HDR it's stupid autocorrect.
