My Computer won't turn back on.

I recently shut down my computer and after a minute or so I tried to pay it back on but it won't pay up. The power light and fan will turn on for a moment and then quickly turn off, also insured of being green the light will flag an orange color.

It is a dell Optiplex 745 small form factor running Windows 10 (32 bit). However I think I just solved my own problem. Today I pressed the power button and the computer came on and stayed on for a lot longer then the last time, before shutting off. So I think there might be a problem with the power supply. So I have ordered a new one. Hopefully that will fix the problem.
