The Windows score is simply the lowest score of all components. If you improve the GPU and raise the graphics score to 7.9 then 5.9 of the HDD would be the new score. Most of the time the HDD has loaded the program into memory, and is just sitting there doing nothing. Unless you editing video or other large file activities it may not be worth pursuing that score. The computer would "feel" more responsive opening programs but how they run would be the same in most cases. If you raise the HDD score with an SSD then 7.4 CPU would be the new score.

Those stats are useless. They cannot be compared to any other machine.

Again, those stats are completely useless and tell you nothing.

What motherboard, processor, RAM, video card, power supply, etc.? Then, and only then can anyone even start to make suggestions.

ram is 8 gb
gpu - intel (r) hd 520 graphics
gpu(1) - amd radeon m330

You're not going to game on that machine, especially the two games you mentioned as the graphics adapters alone don't even come close to meeting the minimum specs.
