Question My Corsair 16gb 3000mhz only running 1499 mhz?

I saw in HWinfo that my ram only ran at 1499 mhz and they're supposed to run at 3000mhz. it even says in HWinfo that the maximum supported memory clock is 1450 mhz???
i've been in bios and enabled DOCP (basically xmp on amd boards) and the memory clock in bios says 3000 mhz, and 1.35 volts i believe.
how do i get them running at 3000mhz?
board: b450-f asus gaming

DDR=Double Data Rate. 1500x2=3000.

Double data rate 1500 x 2 is 3000. They are running as expected.

DDR = Double Data Rate.
1499x2 = 2998 = close enough to 3000

It is operating as expected.
