Question My cpu always at 100%

Hi guys i have a 1080 ti with a i7 4790k
New games like Apex Legends , The division 2 makes it to run at 100% and while it running at 100% my games used to crash youtube music just stuck not playing, my friends i talk to in discord they dont hear me i dont hear them when its at 100% whats the problem? my mate say its not the CPU theres something other is bad but i dont know what, can u guys help me please? ( btw i dont have experience at all , sry for bad english )

Go into bios, hit exit, there you should be load optimized settings line, use that and restart. See if that helps at all. Also turn you windows power to High performance. That keeps your 4790k spooled up and ready to go for gaming. Also what amount and speed memory do you have? Also download cupid hwinfo https://www.cpuid.com/ It monitors temps and, cpu, gpu, fans etc. See if you can load up pictures of the readouts you get while gaming. You can use lightshot to upload pics real easy to use. https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html

Update your post to include full hardware specs and OS.

Could be you just need to reinstall or update the video drivers or some other buggy software is now running in the background while you attempt to play.

Use Task Manager and Resource monitor to observe your computer's performance.

First just watch while not gaming. Let the computer sit for a few minutes and stabilize.

Then slide the window to one side but leave open. Game as usual.

Very likely that you will discover what app, process, or service is monopolizing the GPU. Or some other component bottlenecking performance.

I dunno how this site works

i did reinstall nvidia drivers full reinstall not helped

im using open hardware monitor while the pc just sit use like 5-20% cpu usage

im using msi afterburner to monitor and i can see while playing apex. cpu full 100% not even moved to lower gpu around 80 cpu is 80 celsius while at 100%

Hey mate, Goto this website http://www.coderbag.com/programming-c/disable-cpu-core-parking-utility , Scroll down untill you see "Get quick CPU", Scroll all the way down again until you see "Download Quick CPU" click it .. It will start downloading, Then once it's finished , complete the setup and open the app and move the "Core parking index" slider all the way to 100 % and everything else to 100 %. This will remove the restrictions on your cpu from using it's full potential.... it basically removes the energy saving feature implemented by windows so now all of your cores will be running constantly instead of only two running all the time . You need to unpark your cores. want more infomation ? search "unpark cores" on google.

NOTE * This does not increase CPU temperatures .

question did you download anything at all ,MODS UPDATE OR A TORRENT?? there is something going around that is call a miner hijacker malware bites picked it up it runs in the backround using your pc as a miner for bitcoins I got it through a mod for a game almost killed my cpu . run malwarebites it is free and see if it pickes up anything if it dose check the web for what it found and see what it dose . Then its up to you to keep it or discard it .
