My CPU and GPU are not performing!

So i just upgraded from my AMD FX 6300 to an Intel 8600k. I got a new motherboard ROG Strix H370-F Gaming. Corsair Vengence 2666 and the Corsair H100i v2 but I kept the same GPU (GTX 1060). After the upgrade my games are not performing well at all or to where they should be at. I opened up Rocket League and was running about 5 fps. Extremely low! I try and play fortnite and not even at the highest settings im getting about 50-60 fps. I have Geforce Experience and the latest driver installed and for some reason I cant get in game overlay to work either. I tried resetting my PC and it didn't seem to help. I have no idea what to do. If anyone has any ideas on getting this issue resolved i would appreciate a response.

Did you do a complete reinstall of Windows after you switched from the AMD to Intel? If not start there, whenever you switch motherboards this is required.
