i test every game but my cpu watts not go higher then 50w
and when gaming gpu power usage is go up and down
when my cpu watt is 50
my gpu watt cant go higher then 100 r 110 watts
is this problem is from cpu r psu r motherbords i cant figure out

Are you experiencing any specific problems associated with your interpretation of that data?

Have you been changing things inside BIOS or MSI Afterburner for example?
ya i try to change my cpu clockspeed and voltage in bios and over clock my gpu with amd adrenali
before changing my cpu clock and voltage my cpu watts is under 40w after i change the cpu clock speed iget 50w in games
and i also compre my cpu and gpu with yt benchmark and videos their fps r smooths and sutter free
and my is bad so much sutter

First thing I would recommend is to reset everything back to stock. Reset the motherboard back to stock, check for operation, then go in and set your XMP profile. Otherwise, if you don't have to change anything, don't. Return the graphics card back to stock settings as well.

What are ambient temps where you are, and how hot is the machine getting at these returned to stock settings?

What type of cable are you using to connect to what brand/model of display?

What game or games are you playing at what settings and resolution to achieve what framerate?

Aside from all of that, YT influencers are often being compensated to give good reviews or at the very least to point out products in the highest light possible. It is not unusual for them not to share the exact settings they are using.

I tryed right now
Restore default my bios setting and set my and gpu setting to default as well same results the processer watt can't go upper 48wt and cpu usage under 60℅ and gpu is fluctuating
Tested game hogwarts

My moniter benq 60hz ips 1080p
The cable I am using is comes with the moniter box

I played hogwarts after reset all my bios and gpu settings

In game setting population setting low and other r high
Playing at 1080p
V syz is off fps unlocked
I got around 120 fps I normal seniors and when there lot of people around I get 30 fps and it sutters lot
Cpu usage can't go upper 60 ℅
And cpu watt is also can't come 50w
My cpu temp before is 67° r 70° and my gpu around 60° when it's minimum load, max load 70°
After reset
Cpu 61° 63°
Gpu 67° 70°

Go into settings for the game. Turn V-Sync on. If there is a frame limit, set that to 60.

Your monitor isn't showing any more frames than that. It is pointless to try and make the equipment produce it when you aren't going to see it.

I tried turn of but drop remain
And I just need to know what components I need to change and my psu is not bronze its a white 80plus it old like 5 years

Please go here:

Turn off any frame counters you have on and program like Afterburner, etc. Leave everything else on or open that you would have normally. Run this test then post the link they will supply afterward here.
i tested it this is my result
UserBenchmarks: Game 98%, Desk 93%, Work 90%
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 - 87.4%
GPU: AMD RX 6650-XT - 111.3%
SSD: WDC WDS240G2G0B-00EPW0 240GB - 52.6%
SSD: Samsung 980 NVMe PCIe M.2 500GB - 233.6%
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB (2016) - 2,041.3%
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 C16 1x16GB - 59.8%
MBD: MSI MPG B550 GAMING PLUS (MS-7C56)

You may also want to consider seeing if any of your background CPU usage can be trimmed or eliminated. 7% isn't terrible, but I would shoot for under 4-5% at the least, if possible.

I also echo @--SID-- in that your frame drops are almost certainly only having one stick of RAM.
Ryzen can be quite finicky about mixing RAM, even from the same manufacturer and type. Best bet would be to purchase two matched sticks, and I would recommend the same speed and size you have now. You could attempt to 'budget buy' your way out since that Corsair LPX is typically pretty easy to find and priced well...however, I would recommend you make sure you have a return policy that is generous and be ready to purchase a matched set instead.

I brought the ram corsair but the ram is not on the list in amd r5 3600 Compatablity list, is there a issue if I put a non compatablity ram ?

Only use the new kit otherwise you're mixing RAM.

What's the version number of the old stick and new kit?
