My CPU and Motherboard gets really hot?

Why does my motherboard and cpu get so hot while playing cs og on low? my cpu is a 6700k. my temps were lower before but now they go up to 86 while playing cs go!?

Do you have the stock CPU cooler installed?

Does you Pc case have proper airflow ? Is it tucked away in a tight space or cupboard?

I have a Liquid cooler and my airflow is good in my pc :/
