[SOLVED] My CPU doesn't seem to work properly.

So I just bought a gaming laptop and my CPU while playing League of Legends is around 5% while I have an average of 30 fps which is horrendous. Meanwhile my GPU is also only running at 3%. How am I supposed to make these 2 bad boys work?

Yes, it was. It is fixed now but why does this happen? This is my first laptop btw.

What you reported sounded like the laptop thought it wasn't plugged in, which causes the components to severely limit their power draw.

Outside of temperamental detection or accidentally putting the laptop in power saver, I don't know what else would cause this.
