i have my computer for 2 years+ and everything was working good.
10 days ago i updated my windows from 7 to 10 and my CPU fan started to be work at max speed and its noisy (3000RPM)
i tried to flash a new bios version and tried to change options in the bios but it didn't worked.
after a long time on the internet i managed to make it normal with the "app center" application ( probably just dumb luck or something)
it worked great for 3 days but yesterday i had to turn my PC off, and i when i turned it on the CPU fan started to be noisy again.
nothing works only if i change it to 0% workload on "app center" it goes to 200 RPM and doesn't change even when my CPU temp rise..
its either 200 RPM or 3000 RPM.
the fan works at max speed the second i turn on the computer, not just on windows.
I tried to clean it, connect and reconnect to the CPU fan port.
no idea what else to do.
