Question my cpu fan and power supply start but no boot

alright so i just built mu first computer yesterday and it was working, but since i’ve got a ryzen apu i just wanted to overclock my ram a little and i was thinking that while i was a-t it i could try overclocking my cpu a little bit too.
i’m not new to overclocking and i didn’t go too far with it i got it to 3.7ghz and while i was playing apex legends i just got a black screen out of nowhere but my cpu fan was still spinning.
i tried restarting it but nothing, i get no image on my monitor but the pc doesn’t boot at all, i’ve got my ethernet cable plugged and while the pc was working i had a little orange LED, but now when i turn the pc on there is nothing.
my pc has:

amd ryzen 5 2400g,
asrock B450m-HDV,
2 ram sticks adata XPG gammix D10 8G 3000mhz
corsair vs 650w.

try resetting the BIOS back to defaults:

Try reseating your RAM when PC is off (take your RAM sticks out and put them back in). Works 90% of the time when people are getting black screens at boot.

well i tried to do that, and it did nothing.
but just to be sure because i'm a person that is kinda paranoic, i need to move the jumper from the left two pins to right two pins right?
i am not sure if i did it right and i want to be sure.

i've tried doing that as well but still to no succes.
right now i am thinking that the motherboard got killed somehow because i probably did something wrong.
