My CPU + Good GPU = How Much FPS

Hi everyone OK basically I have a low end CPU it is the AMD E2 7110 clocked at 1.8ghz and is 4 cores and with the current integrated graphics I can run most games at 720p medium settings and get between 30 - 45 fps which is acceptable for me now my question is if I get a good gpu around a 1gb or 2gb how much of a increase in performance will I see with the same resolution and settings , my plan is to run games at 1600x900 but 1280x720 is the bare minimum , i will also be upgrading the ram to 8gb
so if anyone could let me know the fps I'll get for some common games in a 1280x720 and 1600x900 resolution that would highly appreciated

Thanks for the reply once again and it isn't a aio it is a a desktop PC with the monitor separate ,what games at 1280x720 and 1600x900 can I run at high fps as I can already run games like FC3,TR,JC2,MK9,BF3,ACR at 30-45 fps at 720p what fps do you think I can get when I upgrade the ram and the GPU in 1280x720 and 1600x900 resolution

I wouldnt bother buying anything for that pc. That CPU is so low end, it will struggle with any recent game, even with a gpu.

My plan with this PC is to only play games from the ps3 generation as I will be getting a console for the new games I have been running ps3 games pretty well at 30-45 fps at 720p that's why I would like to know how much fps will be increased with a GPU N extra ram also I am planning on buying a new CPU and motherboard to replace my current ones , thoughts?
