Solution
Feel around the surface of the laptop, does any spot in particular feel exceptionally hot? Feel the ventilation, is it extra hot? Is it expelling air at all?

I suggest removing the back access panel on the laptop, if it has one, then carefully fire a can of air(or compressor with appropriate fitting) into each ventilation notch individually until dust ceases to fly. This should rectify most of your heat issue, if not entirely.

While sensors can often be inaccurate, it's still a safe practice to clean these guys out from time to time.

i'm using Speccy for checking my degrees and it says 124C
update: its keep going to 140C and back to 110C and i'am running nothing cpu intensive

With an AMD CPU, you should check the thermal margins with AMD Overdrive? You most likely own a laptop; is it clean? Is the ambient temperature normal (25°C or less)?

Why would it matter, his PC would just shut down, or fry.

Because it provides accurate values.

OK i got the program and restarted my computer, but both say the same right now,
its around over 100C and im not sure that still bad buts over 100c now.
