My CPU is at 100C and is very hot in the pc

Hi, i was on my pc and suddenly everything starten lagging (Never happened before). I had a lot of programs up so that is Maybe the reason it lagged. Well, i didnt go over, its bin so the last 4 days and im very worried. In the task manager everything looked normal but when I checked the bias settings my CPU was at 99 celsius. I turned off pc and felt on my fractal design water cooler, Very hot. What should i do. When i dyrt my pc the water cooler gets very hot after a few minutes, help please

The pump possibly failed. Aside from replacing it there isn't much to do. Is this a fresh install on the cooler or has it been there for awhile

When you say failed, do you mean it broke or that it was loaded to heavely at that moment only? That cooler is about 2 years old and i havent changed water or anything on it. My only option is to replace it, no repair? Thanks for answering

Failed as in stopped pumping liquid. And if it's an all in one water cooler you would have to replace it.

I can hear some sounds from the pipes so i think the water is Stuck. I Have fractal Design kelvin s36, but my CPU is gaining heat so fast that i think there has to be a serius problem so i think i Have to replace it
