Question My CPU is horrifically dipping and rising back up causing R6 Siege to be unplayable. Please help!

Every 10-15 seconds (sometimes less) my game just absolutely kills itself. Stutters and freezes for 1-3 seconds then goes back to normal for a few more seconds before happening again. Before this happened I was dropping double digit games all the time. (Ranked 1.0 Diamond, just came back from a 3 yr break, currently Gold 1 and ranking up). I've verified game files, played with drivers, updated java, disabled and re-enabled things, verified game files, done a complete reinstallation of the game, etc)

It's almost unplayable. Please help with any solutions, ideas, or if this is happening to you.

what the gpu temp/usage during the drop? ssd and ram usage too

Nvidia 4070 Super
Gigabyte B550M K
Thermaltake 850w 80+ gold psu
Corsair ram, 2x16 3200mhz or 3600 ddr4
etc (If I remember correctly)

All other usage is COMPLETELY normal. CPU is the only one being weird

Mobo is rated for CPU's way higher than this. In addition, it ONLY happens in Siege.
