My CPU is runnning at 10 C

I've just never noticed any CPUs running this low. What is the lowest temp you guys have achieved? (Without super crazy setups).

AMD CPU cant be measured from temperature. Download AMD Overdrive then see your Thermal Margin. Thermal margin works like this: the bigger the number the better the temperature, if you reach below 10 celcius on Thermal Margin it's overheating

HWMonitor doesn't read the AMD temp algorithm properly. As Grox mentions, try AMD overdrive and see what your thermal margin is under load.

What motherboard and CPU cooler do you have? Stock cooler is not good. And some Asus and Gigabyte Motherboards have their own sensors and temp monitoring software you can use for more accurate results.
