My CPU shutdowns when playing CS:GO

This is my first time posting here, I just want to know why my CPU shuts down when playing CSGO on random time. last week the monitor goes off when playing and says No Input Signal on monitor, but not my CPU, this week it got worse my CPU shutsdown now, I thought there's electricity spike or something but it happened thrice.

I have AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series
AMD Catalyst Control Center installed
AMD Gaming Evolve

and my CPU is newly bought I think 5 months now except for Video card.

MY SPECS:
Intel Core i5 4590 3.3-3.7ghz 4 core 6mb HD 4600. 84W LGA1150
Gigabyte H97 Gaming 3 H97 ATX 4*ddr3
8GB dual ddr3 1600 G.Skill RipJaws X 1.5 v
Seasonic S12II 520 Watts PSU 80 PLUS Bronze

Side note: your CPU is a component of the overall PC. The entire PC is a PC (personal computer), or computer, or desktop.

This looks like a driver issue. Can you go into AMD CCC and check for updates?

Also download http://piriform.com/speccy and watch your temperatures of the CPU and GPU when playing the game. Check every couple of minutes or so. Tell us what the max temperatures are.
