Hello, I have recently built a new PC for myself and am having issues with it. So basically while I was gaming (CS2) my frames dropped to 1 (because it couldn't get lower but it was more like 1 frame per 10 seconds) and I cou;dn't do anything (or so I thought) so I restarted it. After that ir ran smoothly again. Next day whilst sitting on Discord with my friend and idling on desktop the same thing happened, and my firend could hear me no problem, also restart helped. The third time (today) I tried ctrl+alt+delete and it helped to get it back to normal fps (plaing CS2 again). Also worht mentioning, on first boot, it only showed picture after plugging to iGPU, regular wouldn't work.

What I did to troubleshoot:
uninstalled integrated GPU graphics (AMD)
turned off APU in bios

My specs:
AMD RYZEN 7 9800X3D
AORUS ELITE B850 A mobo
tridentZ 32GB cl30 6000mhz
AORUS ELITE P 1000W PSU
(old) MSI RTX 3060ti GamingX
Kingston KC3000 1TB gen4 ssd

Use task manager & performance monitor and observe the readings when normal and when the problem occurs.

so when it happened the gpu performance graph just went to 0/1%. Is this a possible driver issue? After windows installation there were 2 amd adrenaline software installed
