My Cpu spikes to 100 anytime i play a game.

Need more information, what CPU and Cooler do you have? Did you building this computer yourself or is a prebuilt? Have you tried to reseat the cooler with fresh thermal paste? etc.

Spikes to 100 what? 100C, 100% utilization? The above reply assumed you meant temperature...

This sounds perfectly normal with many setups. Would need a lot more information before knowing if there is a problem. The pc spec, the games, the FPS you are getting at what resolution are things you should list.
