Ok so to start off i came home from practice to my pc where i went to turn it on and then it ran for maybe 5 min and then it shut its self off. So i began to brainstorm why this would happen and came to the conclusion that the reason that it shut off is because i hadn't changed my thermal paste in over a year. So i changed the thermal paste and it all worked fine for about 2 days and then suddenly the same thing happend. Now the weird part is that i turn it off and then on a couple of times and it lets me get to my desktop. i let it run for a couple of minutes while HWMonitor is open and it changes from 80°c to 30°c in about 5 min of letting it run. also whether or not this makes a difference i heard my cpu cooler change acceleration to quieter speed when it had changed to 30°c. im wondering if its my bios or maybe my cpu cooler is going out. Any experts on this please help
