My Cumputer freezes after 15 min DivX

I have a Celeron 300A@450 and it has runned perfectly until last month. The computer became unstabil and started to freeze after ca. 15 min of Playing DivX and 20 min intensive CS. Now I wondered how do I know what part of the hardware is bad...cuz I the way I overclocked was to raise the internal bus from 66mhz to 100mhz.
Does anyone have a program to test each part of the hardware or an answer...?!

Usually freezing is caused by overheating (go figure). The most likely cause is an undersized heatsink or fan (or both).

Video killed my Radio Card!

If you can up your cpu voltage by .05v, worked for me.
