my custom build desk top wont work

my computer will start but any update or shutdown it will get stuck and wont start until i force or get stuck in code 99 or a2 or b2 or only stays in black screen and everhting in the computer stills running.

I bought my things on micro center
msi gaming z97 7 motherboard
cpu intel i7 4790k 4.0 ghz
cpu cooler corsair h105
corsair vengaurd c70 mid tower with 3 fans
ssd samsung 840 250 gb
lg dvd cd writer
old nvidia graphic card 660

i plug in the cpu cable top 8 or 6 pins powersupply cable and right corner 24 pins
i plug 3 fans and one cpu cooler pump
hdd lcd postive and negative reset sw little cables that comes in the case
sata cables on right for ssd and dvd cd writer

for that chip you need bios 1.3 I assume that's the bios you got ??
