Solution
Not a bad build but you could save quite a bit of money. The i5 6500 can be had a little cheaper and you won't miss the extra performance, especially if you're overclocking. If you aren't, you could use a less expensive motherboard and drop the cooler. The 850 EVO is a very good drive and quite a bit cheaper. Heck of a deal on the EVGA 750 Bronze right now if you don't mind rebates. You could take the saving and step up to a 390X.

Solution

About the SSD someone said it would be better for me to buy the Pro because my mobo has SATA 3 and together it would make it faster or something like that.

You have too much money invested in case fans and not enough invested in the GPU. This is what I would do:

Thanks for your suggestion but my pricepoint to the maximum is $1300, yours is almost $250 over. The reason I'm getting four fans is because the R5 comes with (I think) two 140 mm fans and I want 2 on the top and two in the front so I think it makes sense. Also Im going to use one of the included fans for in the rear.

Also in my current build i made do you think I should keep the 850 EVO Pro or just get the normal 850 EVO.
