Hi , this is the motherboard for your model https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005003375725227.html, you can see the processor and also the cooling of the sistem , you cannot change much , is no fan , in this case you can try update bios and also all drivers and verify after and see if is a difference.I have a Dell 5175(m5-6y57) and it is overheating.
Idle temp: 68c
While installing Windows updates: 85c
Is the heatsink removable on this laptop ? Can I re-apply the thermal paste ? Any other solutions ?
All drivers and bios are up to date....Hi , this is the motherboard for your model https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005003375725227.html, you can see the processor and also the cooling of the sistem , you cannot change much , is no fan , in this case you can try update bios and also all drivers and verify after and see if is a difference.
If all up to date the temps are normal , if is to hot and the laptop don't work correctly,in that case you can go in a service , in order for them to verify further , but sould be ok , you just need to test .All drivers and bios are up to date....
Are the temps I am getting normal ?
