My Dell Inspiron 530s is stuck in a infinite boot loop

My computer (Dell Ispiron 530s) was shutting down randomly until the next day it wouldn't boot up anymore, it just keept looping and I had it oit of service for a while until I ordered a recovery disk for windows vista but when I boot the computer with the Disk I get a error "Unexpected I/O Error" how can I fix this?

Start by running Dell Diagnostics on your computer.

Press the F12 key at the Dell Logo on startup, select Diagnostics, and run an extended diagnostics on your computer.

Post back with any error codes.

I do not get that option, also another thing I have a blue screen of death that says Unmountable Boot Volume.

Could be a failed hard drive.

Test it with SeaTools for DOS. The ISO is here: http://www.seagate.com/gb/en/support/downloads/item/seatools-dos-master/

Hantim - you just posted on a thread which has had no activity for six weeks.

Totally pointless as the OP will have already fixed the problem by now.

Look at the date of the last post before posting in future (unless you like typing for no good reason).
