Question My Desktop Computer Not working after electrical sparks

Both my computer and monitor stopped working after electrical sparks in the monitor's two-header pin, what is problem with the PC and the monitor too, and can it be repaired?

Other Monitors are powering on. My point was ; the Desktop Computer is not powering on and the monitor too, this happened after a huge electrical spark in my monitor's two -pin plug.
