You just need to uninstall or delete some stuff.

I can only uninstall one thing and an error pops up on every program i try to uninstall. "This program is being repaired or uninstalled"

What do you mean "only one thing" ?

Given the lack of details we out here have on this....impossible to suggest a specific way forward.
What is in your Downloads folder?
Gone through Disk Cleanup?
Any virus issues?

With a good anti-malware program like Malwarebytes Anti-malware, which you can get here: https://www.malwarebytes.com/premium
Also, do some cleaning up with programs like CCleaner and stuff like that
