[SOLVED] My display cuts out after a few seconds of booting

I’m using a display port cable with a rtx 3070, after a few seconds of being booted the display cuts out and says ‘display port no signal’
I have tried:
Using different cables (HDMI and different display port cables)
Using different monitors
Ensuring no EMF will interfere
Ensuring the cable is connected properly
Unplugging and plugging back in
Graphics drivers are to date
Fresh boot of windows (downloaded two days ago)


The problem has been happening on and off for a while rendering the PC completely useless during the times it has this problem, what else can I do?
