what does Task Manager say about your dram freq?

I've try this earlier but both single module shows 7.5Mhz still. i got two slots for ram. try single on both side and still show the same resultsTry with single ram module.
Test both modules this way.
That says the ram is running at 2667 speed which may be the default speed.I don't know much but here is what my task manager says. i use speeccy and cpuz and both shows dram frequency 7.5 mhz.

Enable xmp in the bios if you have that option.

Motherboard MSI B460M A-PROIf your RAM was really at 7.5 mhz the PC wouldn't function. What motherboard and what RAM modules do you have?
yeahh it works but same on speeccy. well I think is all solved nowyour cpu-z is too old, update it, problem will get solved
