I have a b550m-c motherboard and I brought new ram from walmart but if i put it into a1 and a2 it works if I try a1 and b1 don’t work even a2 and b2 don’t work but I do get 16 gb to work still

Everything run super smoothly and pictures very clearly with it I only have a 8gb ram it play hlf2 with a ryzen 3 and Gtx 1650 at 295 or 294 is that good?
