So i was installing a game the other day and the drive just got stuck. I couldn't take ta DVD out as well. So i tried to manually open it by pushing a paper clip in the small hole. It worked but now my drive doesn't work at all. It doesn't open and slows down my computer. I tried to push the paper clip again, but now the thing the paper clip was supposed to push is not there. I think its stuck back there.
I disabled the Drive for now as it slowed down the computer. What should i do? help?
